Esmeralda has been an Angel from times I’ve called about my insurance policies she’s given me information that I requested with no hesitation very knowledgeable of her Job and does it very well she’s professional and has great Customer Service skills I believe you guys made a good Choice when you hired her to be a part of your Team and I know in my heart she’s a great Asset to your Company I feel she should get a raise or a Bonus she goes above and beyond for Us Clients/Customers .

He handled it quickly (successfully) and followed up a few days later with me to make sure that the problem was satisfactorily resolved.
