"Mark Hoogs, my State Farm Insurance agent, is remarkable. Mark contacted me with an important message informing me that my apartment insurance policy will soon expire and is non-renewable as State Farm is ending its apartment insurance market in California. This became a dire situation for me after owning a fully insured “Mom and Pop” apartment building for half a century.
